Pear bread pudding to cream and nutella
Instructions
Cut the bread into small pieces and immerse it in warm milk.
Attach the clear snow and let them cool.
Beat the egg yolks with sugar and two tablespoons of hot water, add the ground almonds, soaked bread and cut pears into small pieces.
Mix well and incorporated the clear mount.
Grease a pudding mold, spolverizzatelo with the breadcrumbs and pour in the mixture.
Cover the mould with a sheet of aluminum foil and bake in preheated oven at 200° c in a water bath for about 75 minutes.
Place the Chocolate in a saucepan with the cream and knead dough until the desired density.
Let the pudding cool in the mould before its overthrow and serve accompanied by cream and Nutella.
