Apple and pear pudding
Instructions
Peel the fruit and allow it to cook with wine and sugar until it is chrome.
Combine amaretti crumbs and eggs blend.
Mix well and pour the mixture into a buttered pudding mold.
Bake in oven, Bain-Marie, for 30-40 minutes.
Unmold the pudding when it is cold and served covered with jam diluted with the liquor.

- 2 pere
- 150 g of sugar
- 150 g of amaretti biscuits
- 1 glass white wine
- 2 eggs
- Apricot jam
- 3 tablespoons of sweet liqueur
