Chocolate pudding (2) (Budino di Cioccolato (2))
Instructions
Bring to the boil the milk with the chocolate, then remove from heat.
In a saucepan melt the butter, add sugar and flour, stirring with a wooden spoon to avoid lumps.
Diluted with a little milk before then, stirring, continue to pour the milk gradually and cook until the custard is not going back to boil.
then immediately remove from heat and turn the whole thing into a mold that you wet.
Let cool and put in the refrigerator for 3 hours, before serving.
To slide more easily the pudding out of shape, dip the latter briefly in boiling water, dry it and turn it over on a plate.

- 100 cl of milk
- 70 g of grated dark chocolate
- 100 g of butter
- 150 g of sugar
- 100 g of flour
