Chocolate Pudding (Budino di Cioccolato)
Instructions
Pound in a mortar the butter, the sugar and the egg yolks.
To liquefy the chocolate liqueur and add to mixture.
Line a mold with wet cookies in liqueur or wine.
Fill with the mixture, cover with wet biscuits and refrigerate.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 g of butter
- 250 g of sugar
- 12 hard-boiled egg yolks
- Little of chocolate
- 3 cups of wine rosolio
- Biscottini
- Liquor (or white wine)
