Chestnut pudding
Instructions
They boil the chestnuts, Peel still hot and they go to chopper with walnuts.
Besides do you dissolve sugar with vanilla and butter.
Joins the puree and leave to cook and if the mixture is too thick add a little milk.
You take a mold, you do a layer of slices of sponge cake soaked in Spain rosolio, then a layer of the mixture prepared and so until it is filled and you put in the cold.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1000 g of chestnuts
- 10 nuts
- 1500 g of sugar
- 1 pod vanilla
- 100 g of butter
- Little of milk
- Pan of spain
- Little of wine rosolio
