Banana pudding (2)
Instructions
Beat the egg yolks with sugar until light and foamy cream.
Combine the warm milk and flour, stirring with a wooden spoon.
Cook in a double boiler on the stove until it will thicken up, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and let cool.
Blend bananas with orange juice and add to the warm cream.
Mix well and pour into a mold from wet pudding with orange liqueur.
Put in the fridge for 5-6 hours before serving.

- 50 cl of milk
- 40 g of flour
- 1 orange
- Orange liqueur
