Instructions

Beat the egg yolks with sugar until foamy and light cream, add the flour and the milk stirring with a wooden spoon.

Put on the stove in a double boiler until it becomes thick and keep on stirring.

Puree bananas with orange juice and pour in the cream when it is lukewarm.

Mix, pour the mixture into a mold for puddings and put in refrigerator 5-6 hours.
