Amaretti pudding
Instructions
Crumbled amaretti, grate the lemon zest, add them to the milk and boil everything 10 minutes; Add 100 g of sugar and let cool.
The warm pudding add the two egg yolks and, stirring gently, incorporate the egg whites.
Pour into a mold after caramelize the remaining 50 g sugar and cook 1 hour in a Bain-Marie.
When the pudding will cool turn it upside down and put it in the fridge.

- 150 g of amaretti biscuits
- 50 cl of milk
- 150 g of sugar
- 1 lemon
- 2 eggs
