Hamburger green pepper
Instructions
INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 4 beef burgers, 40 g of butter, 6 tablespoons of brandy, 150 g of cream, a generous spoon of green peppercorns in brine, mixed vegetables, salt.
Melt the butter in a pan and when it is bubbling add the burgers.
Brown them on both sides; so, moisten with brandy.
When it is almost evaporated pour cream, pepper and mix well.
Add salt and cook for about five minutes in covered saucepan.
If the sauce tends to thicken and lengthen it too with a little water.
Cook the vegetables and cut them into small pieces; then cook in steam or boil.
Serve burgers sprayed with their sauce and garnish with vegetables
