Instructions

185 g flour 90 g butter, cut into pieces, 55 g sugar, 2 egg yolks of eggs, a tablespoon of water, 2 medium apples (300 g) 2 tbsp apricot jam, almonds, 125 g soft butter, 75 g sugar, 2 eggs, 125 g of ground almonds, a spoonful of flour.

In a bowl stir together the flour, butter, sugar, egg yolks and water, enough to knead: Knead, then transfer the dough on a floured work surface and continue to work the dough with your hands until you obtain a smooth dough.

Cover, let stand for 30 minutes, and grease a mold by opening bottom tart.

Roll out the dough into a disk large enough to line the bottom and the edge of the mould and the mould after lined cut the surplus.

To prevent the dough down during cooking, cover and let stand 30 minutes.

Peel apples, remove the core and cut them into four, then deeply carve each slice each 3 mm, making sure that the base remains.

In a bowl mix the butter and sugar with a whisk, then add the eggs one by one, stirring gently.

Stir the almonds and flour, then stir.

Spread the almond filling on the dough; spread the Apple slices with the notches upward by pressing lightly because they move in the stuffing.

Bake and cook 40 minutes on medium oven until the tart is lightly golden.

With a brush, coated the hot tart with apricot jam or slightly heated, then let cool in the mould.
