Almond Pudding (Budino Alla Mandorla)
Instructions
Cut the agar agar with scissors to 2.
5 cm long pieces.
Put soaked with cold water and leave it for 8 hours.
After 8 hours, pour everything into a pot and boil until the agar is completely dissolved.
Add the milk, sugar and continue cooking for another 10 minutes, then stir in the almond essence, remove from heat and pour the mixture in one or more molds about 3 inches deep.
When firm, cut into cubes and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 10 g of agar agar
- 60 cl of cold water
- 40 cl of milk
- 300 g of sugar
- 2 teaspoons of almond essence
