Instructions

Beat the egg yolks with 6 spoons of sugar and stir in the milk and a shot of rum.

To caramelize into a mold 2 tablespoons sugar with 1 of cognac and pour the mixture of milk and eggs.

Broil for about 1 hour.

Once cooled, unmold the pudding and serve garnished with whipped cream.
