Instructions

3_07120 SALMON TARRAGON SAUCE INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 4 fillets of salmon, 500 g of green beans, 2 shallots, onion, 20 cl of fresh cream and a sprig of fresh tarragon, sprig of parsley, one tablespoon of red pepper in grains, a few tablespoons of olive oil, a clove of garlic, salt, pepper.

Preheat oven to 180° Peel and chop the shallots and onion.

Wash separately and towel dry with a paper towel herbs; remove the leaves from the sprigs.

Chop coarsely.

Salt and pepper salmon fillets.

Let them Brown both sides in a pan with non-stick coating with 2 tablespoons olive oil for 4 minutes.

You have then the threads in a rectangular baking dish next to each other.

Sprinkle with the chopped shallots, onion and tarragon, then add the cream.

Add salt, pepper and bake 12 minutes.

Meanwhile, wash the beans, spuntateli at the ends and cook 8 minutes to steam.

Peel and mince the garlic.

Let then cook 2 minutes in a pan with 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Add the beans and let them jump 2 minutes.

Season with salt and keep aside.

When cooked, remove from the oven dish with fish.

Transfer each fillet on individual plates, sprayed with cream sauce, sprinkle with the chopped parsley, red pepper and accompanied with the beans.

Serve.
