Noodles with shrimp and peas
Instructions
Wash the leek, drain it carefully, and then cut into thin slices.
In a pan heat a tablespoon of olive oil and roast 5 minutes shrimp.
Then remove from heat, let cool and sgusciateli, without throwing the shells and heads.
Put the shells and heads of the prawns in a chinoise (cone-shaped strainer) and crushed with a pestle to filter the juice.
Keep aside.
In the same pan, saute the leeks into rings for one minute; Add the peas, stir and stir in nut.
Season with salt and pepper and pour 200 ml of boiling water.
Add the shrimp juice held aside and continue cooking 30 minutes sweet.
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water; drain and add to the previously prepared, adding the shrimp cleaned one minute before the end of cooking.
Stir and mix carefully.
Serve.
