Instructions

INGREDIENTS for 6-8 PERSONS a can of Unsweetened condensed milk, 120 g icing sugar, 2 lemons untreated, 2 baskets of strawberries, 2 baskets of raspberries.

Put the milk in the refrigerator the day before because it must be very cold.

Wash lemons thoroughly, grattugiatene zest, reserving a few threads that you will need for decoration, and spremetene the juice.

In a bowl pour the condensed milk and mount it with the electric mixer until it become a mousse, doubling the volume; combine sugar, lemon juice, zest and stir gently.

Line a mold for donuts with food film, then pour the preparation, cover with foil and place in freezer for at least 4 hours.

Wash the raspberries and strawberries, dry thoroughly and passatene half the Blender, then transferred the juice in a sauce pan.

When serving, place the mould in hot water, quickly put on dish, decorated with fillets of lemon zest, strawberries and raspberries and accompanied with fruit puree.

Serve.
