Boil the milk with the sugar and the cocoa.
Cliffs the butter and add the flour; When it is incorporated add the egg yolks and when the dough is cold add the whipped egg whites.
Fill the bowls of butter and bake in a Bain-Marie in a moderate oven.
When on each Bowl will have formed a slight remove crust from oven.
Serve each bowl with vanilla.
