Garlic and coriander sauce
Instructions
12142 Garlic and coriander SAUCE INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 2 green lemons, a carrot, a sprig of fresh coriander, 3 cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons Thai fish sauce (it's a fermented sauce, which you can find in Asian stores), 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tbsp of chili paste.
Squeeze lemons: you have to get at least 5 tablespoons.
Clean, scrape the carrot and grattugiatela.
Peel and mince the garlic.
In a bowl mix the lemon juice, carrot, coriander previously washed, garlic, fish sauce, sugar and chili paste.
Keep in a cool place until ready to serve.
Serve this sauce with avocado, shrimp or spring rolls.
