Chocolate pudding
Instructions
Chop the chocolate and melt it with a tablespoon of water in a pan with the bottom often.
Mix the cornflour and sugar in a saucepan with 1 quart capacity, add cold milk slowly, stirring and mixing well, add the melted chocolate and bring to a boil with the low fire and, without ever stopping to mix, simmer for a few seconds.
Let cool slightly and then add the diced butter and yolks, stirring vigorously.
Pour the pudding into a mold and refrigerate for a few hours.
When serving, you can decorate the cover of whipped pudding.

- 200 g of chocolate

- 50 cl of milk
