11259 WASHERS of HAM OMELETTE INGREDIENTS for 6 PERSONS 200 g of frozen chopped parsley, 6 eggs, 6 tablespoons flour, 6 tablespoons milk, 3 tablespoons butter, 1 tablespoon peanut oil, 200 g of fresh goat's milk, 2/3 drops of Tabasco sauce, a tablespoon of Vodka, 200 g sliced smoked ham, 200 g cream, 125 g of yogurt, pepper, salt Preheat oven to 180° Break eggs into a bowl, add salt and pepper and beat them with a fork, incorporating the flour and milk.

The mixture should be smooth and without lumps, otherwise strain it through a colander.

Melt the butter in a pan of 28-30 cm in diameter and join the peanut oil.

Pour the egg mixture and cover the opening with aluminium paper.

Bake and cook for 15 minutes, until it is completely lifted.

Check the cooking by placing a toothpick in the omelet that should come out clean and dry.

When cooked, remove the Pan from the oven, let cool and put the omelette on a few pieces of aluminum stacked card.

Prepare the filling: place the goat cheese in a small bowl, insaporitelo with salt and pepper, Tabasco, Vodka and 1/4 chopped parsley.

Work well the ingredients with a fork.

Spread the cream cheese on the omelet, with the blade of a knife held flat.

Cover with slices of ham, slightly overlapping.

Ham slices trimmed with scissors so they do not protrude outside the omelette.

Roll the omelette, with aluminium, grip the ends closed to candy.

Place the roll in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

Just before serving, pour into another bowl cream and very cold yogurt, salt and pepper and mount them for a few minutes with a fork, until thicken slightly.

Sprinkle with the remaining parsley, left at room temperature.

Place the bowl in the middle of a round serving dish.

Remove from refrigerator, remove the roll paper that wraps and cut into slices with a knife.

Arrange the slices around the bowl and serve immediately.
