Instructions

11257 NUT ASPARAGUS OMELETTE INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 8 eggs, asparagus tips 12, 15 cl of cream, 1 tablespoon of powdered almonds, 2 cloves of garlic, a tablespoon of chopped fresh tarragon 1 tablespoon chopped chives, 20 g butter, 12 lattughino leaves, salt, pepper.

Preirscaldate the oven to 180° Grease a baking pan with high edges rectangular preferably nonstick.

Cook steamed asparagus tips: should be al dente.

Served cold.
