Coffee and chocolate pudding
Instructions
Mix 200 g butter 200 g sugar and process them in such a way as to obtain a soft cream.
Now add 200 g dark chocolate, grated, 1 cup of strong coffee well, 1 small glass of cognac, then mix and pour into a mold dipped to cognac.
Let it sit in the fridge for about three and a half hours.
