Wash apricots thoroughly, open them in half, deprive of stones, put them in a rather large skillet, sprinkle with sugar and cover with white wine; put the pan on the stove and cook apricots low flame until they hold; Let them cool in the cooking liquid, then drain, place them in a dish and serve.
