Chicken with artichokes (Pollo con carciofi)
Instructions
Cut the chicken into four pieces and salt.
Dividetete artichokes in four cloves, finely chop the vegetables and sauté in a little oil.
Add the bay leaf, pepper and place the chicken in the pan.
Doratelo on both sides, add the nut, dissolved in half a litre of hot water and simmer, over low heat, for 30 minutes.
Add the wine and a little water, add salt and continue cooking for 30 minutes.
