Farro salad, carrots and fruit

08605 SPELT SALAD CARROTS and fruit INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 50 g spelt, 200 g white table grape, 2 carrots, 20 g of pine nuts, 2 apples, 2 kiwi, grapefruit juice, a pinch of salt.
Put the farro in soaking in grapefruit juice for a night.
