Instructions

08172 CHICKEN SALAD and FAVA BEANS with CITRUS INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 600 g frozen beans, 40 g of pine nuts, a cooked chicken, 4 tablespoons olive oil, 2 oranges, 2 sprigs chopped fresh Sage, lemon juice, salt, black pepper. Cook the beans according to directions on package and drain. Browned slightly in a pan the pine nuts and keep aside. Boneless chicken and cut the flesh into pieces. In a skillet heat 2 tablespoons oil and sauté the chicken pieces. Peel the oranges, divide the cloves and peel to live over a bowl to collect the juice.
