Milk and honey pudding
Instructions
To thaw the berries.
Dilute the starch with cold milk, then pass it to the strainer to remove any lumps.
Put the fire in 1 milk saucepan on medium flame, mixing it all the time, and when it is hot, dissolve honey.
To boil remove from heat, add lemon zest and pour the mixture into the pudding moulds.
Allow to cool and place in refrigerator for 4 hours.
Serve the pudding with berries sprinkled over each.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 50 cl of milk
- 50 cl of honey
- 35 g of corn starch
- 1/2 lemon (zest)
- Frozen berries
