07775 OCTOPUS in RED WINE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 4 cloves garlic, 2 very ripe tomatoes, 1 sprig of fennel, 1 clean Octopus from 800 g, 4 tablespoons of olive oil, 15 cl of red wine, 50 g of black olives, salt, black pepper preparation time: 20 minutes cooking time: 1 hour Crushed garlic.

Chop the flesh of the tomatoes.

Cut the fennel-sprig.

Beat the Octopus on the edge of the sink multiple times in order to soften it.

Cut it into small pieces, wash it and dry it with absorbent kitchen paper.

Fry the garlic for 3 minutes in a saucepan with oil and add the Octopus then washed down with wine, add the tomatoes, fennel, salt and pepper.

Continue cooking for 50 minutes at sweet fire whereas the cooking sauce should be very thick.

Add the olives and finish cooking by mixing well ingredients.

Serve the warm Octopus.
