Coconut puddings
Instructions
Beat the egg yolks with sugar; then add the egg whites, 2 tablespoons melted butter, coconut and flour mix.
Grease and dust with sugar stencils from puddings and pour in the mixture.
Let them bake Bain-Marie in the oven already warm at 170 degrees for about 30 minutes, until firm will be well.
Allow to cool completely, sformarli and serve them.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 12 egg yolks
- 3 egg whites
- 300 g of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 250 g of coconut flour
