Spinach puddings
Instructions
Boil the spinach.
Work the whole egg with the yolks, add the cheese, stirring, then add the warm milk.
Combine spinach and mix everything.
Pour the cream in 4 buttered ramekins.
Broil in the oven for 20-30 minutes.
Unmold the pudding when warm and serve them with a cheese sauce.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 50 cl of milk
- 1 egg
- 2 egg yolks
- 80 g of grated emmenthal cheese
- 250 g of frozen spinach
- Salt
- Little of butter
