Instructions
4 PERSONS INGREDIENTS 500 g stockfish, 2 dl of oil 1 garlic clove, Chopped 1 dried chili PROCEDURE cod in pieces by 5 cm and let it soak over night.
Place on a dish terracotta fire with oil, garlic and chilli.
When you add the Golden slices of cod without thorns, with the skin facing down.
Let them cook a little and then gently turn them over, so you won't roll up.
Serve the cod in the same Casserole with boiling oil.
