07274 SALMON with CREAM INGREDIENTS VEGETABLES 4 PERSONS 4 slices of smoked salmon, prawns, 8 a pack of condensed milk, 3 carrots, 2 2 leeks, turnips, celery hearts, 4 tablespoons of cognac, extra virgin olive oil, salt.
PROCEDURE Cut the carrots and turnips check, leeks and celery and fry the discs all in oil, over low heat.
Add the prawns and let make a flamed with cognac.
Add the milk, add salt and cook for five minutes.
