07272 SALMON with MUSHROOMS SAUCE and nuts 4 PERSONS INGREDIENTS 4 slices of fresh salmon, 250 g of mushrooms, 50 g walnuts, 25 g butter, 1 onion, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
