Cabbage sofegae
Instructions
05420 VERZE SOFEGAE (verze poached) 4 PERSONS INGREDIENTS: 100 g of bacon, a fairly large Savoy cabbage, a sprig of Rosemary, 1 garlic clove, dry white wine, salt.
Peel the cabbage PROCEDURE removing the toughest outer leaves and wash well the rest, then cut them into strips.
Place over heat a casserole with a beat of lard, add the crushed garlic and the Rosemary leaves.
FRY, then add the cabbage leaves, saltatele and cook for about two hours at low heat and covered container, stirring often; half wet cooking with half a glass of white wine.
Serve hot.
