Early summer apricots
Instructions
Halve the apricots.
Place in saucepan and cook them with white wine, sugar, the juice and zest of Orange for 10 minutes.
Drain, let cool and place them in a dish rather.
Blend the strawberries and keep aside 8 and join the cooking of apricot syrup reduced on fire.
Cover the apricots with the mixture of strawberries, garnish with whole strawberries and store in refrigerator until serving.

- 500 g of ripe apricots
- 300 g of strawberries
- 100 g of sugar
- 2 oranges
- 1 glass white wine
