Instructions

of ZUCCHINI INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 6 Zucchini; 2 tablespoons oil; 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan; Basil; salt and pepper; washed eggs 4 courgettes, cut into small cubes and fry them in the oil for a few minutes.

Add water to cover them entirely and cook fresh focus.

Meanwhile beat eggs with chopped basil, parmesan, a pinch salt and pepper.

When courgettes are cooked, add the beaten eggs, Cook another minute and serve with croutons.
