Instructions

Orange RISOTTO INGREDIENTS 02597 4 PEOPLE 350 g of rice, onion, an orange, a cup of white wine, eggs, 100 g of Parmesan cheese, olive oil, butter, salt and pepper.

Fry the sliced onions in oil and butter, very low flame so as not to burn it.

Add the rice and a glass of white wine.

When the wine is absorbed, the rice soaked with hot broth until completely cooked.

Finished with chopped orange peel, being careful not to grate the white part that would be bitter.

When the rice is ready and the water dried, turn off the heat and add the beaten egg, along with the orange juice squeezed.

Add salt and pepper and sprinkle Parmesan cheese.
