Instructions

00868 STRAWBERRIES STUFFED with CHEESE Ingredients: caprino, chervil, parsley, tarragon, finely chopped coriander, Lemongrass leaves, 2 finely chopped onions, salt, pepper, 8 large strawberries.

In a bowl, mix cheese, chopped herbs and onions, add salt and pepper.

Wash the strawberries, cut them in half horizontally and farcitele with the mixture prepared.

Quickly recompose your strawberries, decorated with Lemongrass leaves and serve.
