Orange-scented shrimp

00673 Orange-SCENTED SHRIMP INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 350 g of prawns or langoustines, 2 oranges, 1 garlic clove, some chives, thread a piece of ginger, 40 g of extra virgin olive oil, a slice of lemon, 600 g of water, salt and pepper.
Shelled shrimp and place them on the basket for steaming; pour two fingers of water into the pot, salt and sweet-smelling water with a slice of lemon, put in place the basket and cook the prawns for 10 minutes.
Remove the prawns and place them in a terrinetta.
Prepare a vinaigrette with garlic, chives, ginger, an orange juice and olive oil, put in Blender and blend for a few seconds; pour over shrimp.
Peel remaining Orange bleeds, cut it into slices and serve with the shrimp.
Serve decorated with fresh chives, cut into chunks.
