Bucatini with garlic (Bucatini con L'aglio)
Instructions
Saute the garlic in the butter and add the anchovies.
After 8 minutes add the tomatoes, pitted olives and capers, Cook for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile in boiling salted water Cook the bucatini, drain and toss with the sauce previously prepared.
Dusting of pepper before serving.
