Instructions

Clean the broccoli keeping only the tops; boil them in salted water and drain them al dente.

Peel the garlic and roast in 1 pan with oil.

Then remove it, add the broccoli and seasoning.

Add the pine nuts and raisins made before softening in warm water and squeezed.

Add 1 pinch of salt and pepper.

Cook the bucatini al dente, drain, toss with 1 thread of olive oil and grated cheese, then add the broccoli, stir and serve.
