Instructions

INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 2 large oranges, 1 lemon, 2 gelatin sheets, 4 tablespoons sugar.

PROCEDURE cut the oranges in half, squeeze the juice and keep the skin of oranges.

Grate the skin surface of 1 lemon and spremetene juice too.

Mischiatelo orange juice and sugar.

Dissolve the gelatin sheets, put them in cold water in a colander and pass mischiatela with the juice and a bit of grated lemon peel.

Pour in the orange peels cut in half and leave them in the freezer until the juice it coagulates.
