Warm up the milk and pour half into a bowl over the yeast, add the salt and mix well.
Sift the flour in a large bowl, along with the vanilla. Add beaten eggs and sugar.

Cover the bowl with a towel and let the dough rise for 1 hour in a warm room.
Fry the dough, taking it in small quantities with a spoon and drop it in a pan with hot oil, prompting him with another tablespoon.

Fry the crackers for about 6 minutes, keeping them immersed in the oil with a slotted spoon; then drain and appoggiatele over sheets of kitchen paper.
