Instructions

Clean, slice the onions and cook on very low heat with a little oil, and additions to wet them.

Add salt and freshly ground pepper.

The onion should remain white and reach almost to discard.

Boil the bucatini, drain, mix with a little butter and grated Parmesan cheese, then add the onion and stir.
