Instructions

BAKED DOUGHNUTS 19289 4 PERSONS INGREDIENTS 500 g flour 130 g butter, 120 g of jam, 80 g caster sugar, 30 g yeast, 2 eggs, milk.

CASE mix the yeast, dissolved in warm water, with the flour and make a ball, put it in a bowl, cover it and let it rise for a couple of hours.

After this time, pour the remaining flour on work surface, add the leavened bread, eggs, 80 g of melted butter, sugar and enough milk to have a mixture of medium consistency.

Mix everything and put again to rise.

When the mixture will become twice as much of its initial volume, take a piece of dough to form a ball, take a moat and put yourself inside a little jam, close well.

Do so with all the dough.

Grease an ovenproof plate, place the remaining butter in a pan and let it melt, soak up one by one the balls of dough, making sure that you are well with butter.

Place the doughnuts on the plate, leaving some space between one and the other, for not rising from sticking together.

Place the plate in warm place and after about an hour, put it in the oven at 180° and cook for 25 minutes.
