For this we need a mold in the shape of a heart.

Chop the almonds and then distribute them to the bottom of the mould buttered earlier. Mix together the flour, potato flour and butter, mix well and add eggs, 120 g sugar, vanilla and yeast. Must be a dense and creamy. Pour the mixture into the mold, put in the oven already warm at 180° c for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the custard: Combine the mixer sugar and the chopped chocolate into small pieces and chop for a few seconds; pour into a bowl, add the egg yolks and mascarpone and mix well. When the cake is ready and cooled cut it in half and soaked the two inner parts of liquor.

Spread the cream inside and stand above the other half; coat the edges of the cake with the remaining cream. Soak the surface of the cake with the liquid dye and sprinkle with remaining sugar. Serve.
