2_18037 CASTAGNACCIO INGREDIENTS for 8 PERSONS 500 g of chestnut flour, 100 g of raisins, 2 tablespoons pine nuts, olive oil from mild flavor, 1 sprig of Rosemary, flour, salt.

Put soaked the raisins in warm water.

Grease with a veil of oil a baking sheet of 28 cm.

Turn oven to 200° put the flour into a capable container, add a pinch of salt and pour a little at a time about 8 dl of cold water, stirring simultaneously with the whisk until batter without lumps.

Pour into the baking dish and sprinkle with pine nuts and rosemary leaves, coarsely chopped.

Drain the raisins, squeeze it, slightly infarinatela and distributed also on the batter.

Complete with a little olive oil and bake for 45 minutes.
