Bucatini alla boscaiola
Instructions
Saute the onion chopped prosciutto well cut into cubes; When everything will be well browned add the tomatoes and cook for 15 minutes.
Add the mushrooms, Basil and cook for another 25 minutes over low heat.
Cook the bucatini al dente, toss with the sauce and Parmesan.

- Very of grated parmesan cheese
- 400 g of type pasta bucatini
