White Chocolate heart
Instructions
For this we need a mold in the shape of a heart.
Chop the almonds and then distribute them to the bottom of the mould buttered earlier. Mix together the flour, potato flour and butter, mix well and add eggs, sugar, vanilla and yeast. Must be a dense and creamy. Pour the mixture into the mold, put in the oven already warm at 180° c for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile prepare the cream:
Together in the mixer sugar and the chopped chocolate into small pieces and chop for a few seconds; pour into a bowl, add the egg yolks and mascarpone and mix well. When the cake is ready and cooled cut it in half and soaked the two inner parts of liquor. Spread the cream inside and stand above the other half; coat the surface and sides with the remaining cream. Finely chopped white chocolate and let it rain falling directly on the sweet, also covering the sides. Sweet heart decorated with a red rose.

- For the dough:
- 100 g flour
- 50 g cornflour
- 120 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- vanilla
- 1 knob of butter
- 1/2 scoop of curacao
- 300 g white chocolate flakes
- 100 g chopped almonds
- 1/2 sachet of yeast.
- For the cream:
- 200 g mascarpone
- 60 g icing sugar
- 50 g dark chocolate shavings
- 2 egg yolks
