Instructions

18158 ALMOND CAKE INGREDIENTS 4 PEOPLE 150 g sugar, 100 g almonds, 50 g of flour for cakes, 4 eggs, 1/2 sachet of powdered yeast, 1 lemon, a knob of butter, slivered almonds.

PROCEEDINGS Beat the egg yolks with sugar, Add flour, almonds, peeled and finely chopped, baking powder and grated lemon rind.

Whip egg whites until foamy and add, stirring gently.

Grease the cake tin, sprinkle with a little flour, pour the mixture.

Bake in the oven already warm (170/180°) and let it cook over a moderate heat.

When the cake is cooked, let it cool, then remove from pan and on the plate by rolling, if you want to sprinkle the surface with icing sugar and adornatela almonds.
