Instructions

PROCEEDINGS Beat the egg yolks with sugar, Add flour and Cornstarch, milk, melted butter and the grated lemon rind.

Whip the egg whites until foamy and add them to the mixture, add the sifted baking powder and a pinch of salt.

Pour the mixture into a buttered cake tin by 22 cm and floured and bake in 180° already warm for 45 minutes.

Put the cake on a wire rack and let cool.

Prepare the cream: in a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar, add the Cornstarch and milk gradually, stirring constantly.
